As of May 1, 2020, dental offices will be able to reopen. HOWEVER, there is still a severe shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and we are having a difficult time securing many of these items. In addition, the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is still working on the new protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Once we can be assured that we have the necessary PPE and we have received the guidelines from the OHA, we will be ready to open for non-urgent dental care. Until then we are still only available for urgent dental treatment. During the next couple of weeks, we will be communicating through a variety of methods such as Facebook, emails, phone calls and/or texts.
If you have a scheduled appointment during the week of May 4th to the 8th, your appointment is CANCELLED until further notice, as we have not received enough PPE to be able to see patients that soon. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at info@SalemDentistry.net.
